Every rate arrives with its denominator

A rate with no cohort and no period is not a measurement. Matching success is counted over all qualified requests, including the ones nobody was offered because no business could take them — a market with no supply lowers the rate rather than disappearing from it.

Lower case, digits, hyphens and underscores. The cohort is published beside every rate.

Name a cohort and a period to read its rates. Nothing has been asked for yet.
